Each year, we reflect on significant changes in our organisation and the sector. The focus this year has been on progressing workforce challenges and bringing in the voices of people with lived experience.
As a team, new staff have joined, and we continue to progress our priorities through our expertise and our newly agreed values of collaboration, integrity, innovation and courage. Our Board has benefitted from the significant expertise of three new independent Board members.
