Legal Services:
- Family law: Advice, document drafting and ongoing assistance in Family Law children’s, property issues, separation, and divorce matters.
- Criminal injuries compensation: Advice, document drafting and ongoing assistance in Criminal Injuries Compensation Claims matters.
- Family Violence:
- Advice, document drafting and ongoing assistance in Family Violence Restraining Order (FVRO) matters.
- Advice, document drafting and ongoing assistance removing perpetrators of family violence from residential tenancy agreements.
- FVRO Duty Service – a duty law service at Midland Magistrates Court for FVRO applicants from Monday to Wednesday.
- Limited ongoing representation at Midland Magistrates Court for FVRO applicants.
- Referrals for support.
- Other Civil:
- Witnessing and certification services.
- Restraining Order Duty Service – a duty law service at Midland Magistrates Court for Violence Restraining Orders and Misconduct Restraining Orders from Monday to Wednesday.
- Limited assistance with motor vehicle accidents, credit and debt issues, consumer law disputes, minor case claims in the Magistrates Court, and dividing fences.
- Community Legal Education:
- Information on legal topics delivered to the community and service providers.
- Creation of awareness raising and capacity building resources.
- Specialist Legal Programs:
- Elder Abuse Prevention Program (“Resilient Futures”) – Advice and document drafting regarding Wills, Enduring Power of Attorneys and Enduring Power of Guardianships, along with providing information regarding concession and benefit entitlements for First Nations Peoples 55 years and older, and non-First Nations 65 years and older.
- Family Law Property Matters Program (“FLPMP”) – Provides comprehensive advice, document drafting and ongoing assistance (including ongoing representation in the Family Court of Western Australia) for Family Law property issues, to people who are at risk of or experiencing financial hardship or family violence.
- Midland Health Justice Partnership Program (“Midland HJP”) – Legal services are physically embedded within St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospital (SJGMPPH), to provide immediate support with legal issues for patients at SJGMPPH who are at risk of or are experiencing family violence.
- Tenancy Services:
- Provide advocacy, tenancy law advice, education and support for tenants with residential tenancy matters and tenants in long stay caravan parks.
- Provide representation for tenants in residential tenancy matters in the Midland Magistrates Court each Monday.
- Provide a walk-in clinic at Midlas each Friday from 9.30am to 12.00pm for tenants with residential tenancy matters.

Walk in appointments available only on Friday mornings 9:30am – 12pm for tenancy matters.
