Specialist units:
- Tenancy Advice and Education Service
- Older People’s Rights Service (‘OPRS’) provides advice and information to older people who are at risk of or are experiencing abuse that can include physical/financial/social/sexual abuse or neglect.
- Women’s Resource and Engagement Network (‘WREN’) provides legal and non-legal support for women and children experiencing Family and Domestic Violence.
- Restraining Orders and Respondents (‘ROAR’) – Duty Service – a duty lawyer service at the Joondalup Magistrates Court for VRO/FVRO respondents.
*As of 1 April 2026, Wheatbelt Community Legal Centre (people living in the wheatbelt region) and Youth Legal Service (youth focus) have become part of Encompass Legal and Community Services.
