Services
Consumer Credit Legal Service (CCLS) is a specialist community legal centre providing free legal advice and assistance to people in Western Australia experiencing consumer credit, debt and consumer law issues such as:
• Loans and credit (home loans, credit cards, car loans, personal loans, payday loans, buy now pay later, guarantor loans and consumer leases)
• Debt and debt collection
• Banking issues, including complaints to AFCA
• Scams, fraud and unauthorised transactions
• Repossession of homes or goods
• Credit reports and credit repair services
• Telecommunications and consumer contracts
• Australian Consumer Law issues
