Consumer Credit Legal Service provides legal advice to consumers in WA in the areas of credit, banking and finance and consumer law. CCLS also takes an active role in community legal education, law reform and policy issues affecting consumers.

Individual Western Australian consumers experiencing issues in the areas of financial or consumer law
Financial Abuse Legal Service:
Women in Western Australia who have previously, or who are currently, experiencing intimate partner financial abuse

Specialist legal service providing legal advice and information in the areas of:
- Consumer credit (such as home loans, credit cards, car loans, personal loans, guarantees, consumer leases, payday loans)
- Banking, including complaints to Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA)
- Unauthorised transactions and mistaken internet payments
- Home or goods repossessions
- Debt collection
- Credit reports
- Credit repair and debt management firms
- Buy Now Pay Later
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
- Scams
- Repossessions
- Consumer leases
- Telecommunication providers
- CCLS may also provide minor assistance and ongoing legal representation to consumers
- Community legal education provided through publications, presentations (webinars and seminars)
- Financial literacy education to high school students
- Legal education on consumer credit law and ACL to university students
