Finance Corporate Services Manager
The Finance and Corporate Services Manager is directly responsible for delivering CLWA’s financial management, operations, digital environment and governance support, ensuring these functions are well managed and support the organisation’s sustainability and performance. The role works closely with the CEO, Board and staff and, as part of a small team, is hands-on across the full range of finance and corporate services functions.

Key Selection Criteria
Essential
- Demonstrated 3 years of experience in managing, coordinating and delivering the finance and governance functions of a small organisation, including audit and Board level reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in a wide range of corporate service functions at a high level, including Information Technology, knowledge management, and general administration and operational functions.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, adapt and deliver reliably in a small organisation with competing demands, in a rapidly changing context.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a small team, build constructive working relationships and support colleagues to achieve shared organisational outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement and initiative, while communicating appropriately, seeking input and working collaboratively where decisions affect others.
- High level of digital capability including all areas of MS365, SharePoint, Xero with the ability to troubleshoot issues, improve system use and quickly learn new platforms.
- A strong track record in initiating and implementing improvements and solutions to deliver good practice organisational policy and procedures.
- Understanding and experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information, including the protection of data within a privacy and cyber security context.
- Strong alignment with CLWA’s values and commitment to social justice and human rights, including a collaborative, respectful and constructive approach to working with staff, members and stakeholders.
Desirable
- Experience in the community legal sector, community organisations or social services.
- Experience in staff and operational management.
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of cyber security, privacy and ICT risk management, including implementation of appropriate policies, procedures and controls.
- Qualifications in accounting, governance or business.
Hours
0.7 FTE (52.5 hours per fortnight)
Salary
Social and Community Services Industry (Western Australian) Interim Award (SACS Award) Level 7-8 depending on experience.

Fixed term, Part-Time to 30 September 2028
