Thanks to Keane Bourke, political reporter at ABC Perth for highlighting the impact and importance of FDV respondent programs. Providing legal advice to respondents as well as applicants is increasing safety and reducing breaches of violence restraining orders.
We need more funding for community legal services for legal advice and support, as part of the broader response to family and domestic violence in our community.
