We are committed to client-centred, integrated service delivery in the prevention of and response to FDV. In so being, we emphasise that the legal, justice and courts system are critical in any response to FDV. This includes the provision of timely and skilled early legal advice and support, and we thank the Department of Communities for its recognition in this regard.
