People who are currently homeless or at risk of homelessness

Legal clinics can assist with:

• Fines and infringements
• Debts
• Criminal law (minor charges)
• Restraining orders
• Traffic offences and driver license issues
• Identity Documents (interstate and oversees)
• Criminal injuries compensation
• Issues with Department of Communities Housing or other housing providers
• Discrimination
• Police complaints
• Early Release of Superannuation
• What to do when someone dies

Cannot assist with:

• Bankruptcy/insolvency
• Family Law (including property settlement/child custody)

Community Legal Education – available both for community sector workers and for members of our client group – those at risk of or experiencing homelessness

If a client is unable to attend a Legal Clinic, they can access our services by calling the free call advice line.

  • Every second Tuesday from 10.00am to 12.00 noon

• St Pats (St Patrick’s Community Support Centre)
  • 12 Queen Victoria Street, Fremantle
  • Every second Tuesday from 9.00am to 11.00am

• Passages Resource Centre
  • 143 Edward Street, Highgate
  • For 12 to 24 year olds only
  • Every Wednesday from 10.00am to 12.00 noon

• Tranby Free Legal Clinic
  • Unit 6/5 Aberdeen Street, East Perth
  • Every Friday from 8.30am to 10.30am

• Karnany Free Legal Clinic
  • 23 Spring Park Road, Midland
  • Every Tuesday from 9:00am to 12:00 noon weekly

• Street Doctor
  • Swan District Football Oval, Old Perth Road, Bassendean
  • Every Friday 11:00am to 12:30pm weekly
