- Low income or disadvantaged, including, but not limited to people with a disability, Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and CaLD clients
- People located in the Midwest, Murchison and Gascoyne, including Geraldton, Carnarvon, Wiluna, Meekatharra, Mullewa, Dongara, Morawa, Three Springs, Mingenew, Cue, Perenjori, Northampton, Yalgoo, Mt Magnet, Exmouth, Denham and Burringurrah
- Outreach services extend from Geraldton, north to Exmouth (838kms), south to Leeman (153kms) and east to Wiluna (735kms)
- Telephone and in-person self-referral available
- Referrals received and assessed from government and non-government organisations
