Peel Community Legal Services provides a number of services ranging from general legal advice, community legal education and advocacy to law reform opportunities on behalf of communities in the Peel region.

  • The client resides within the Peel region

Services

Peel Community Legal Services offer free legal advice, free advocacy and community education. Some examples of the areas of advice are:

  • Civil law
  • Family law – property and children matters
  • Family Domestic Violence support
  • Criminal law
  • Employment law
  • Credit and debt
  • Centrelink issues
  • Driver’s license matters
  • Elder Rights – Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA), Wills, Advanced Health Directives
  • Wills Service
  • Tenancy advocacy and support
  • Criminal injuries compensation
  • Domestic violence
  • Child support matters

Outreach

Pinjarra: First Wednesday of each month. 9:00am – 4:30pm
Waroona: Second Wednesday of each month. 9:00am – 4:30pm
Byford: Third Wednesday of each month. 9am – 4:30pm
